Building a business through a love of bricks!
Through my three children, Freddie, Woody & Monty I have been introduced to the all-encompassing world of LEGO .
As a family we have found that playing with LEGO has the ability to contribute to a child’s learning and development in a creative and fun way.
My background in Event Management for Blue Chip Companies has instilled a passion for creating memorable events that surpass expectations. Together with a growing interest in education and the desire to provide activities for children that allow them to explore, play and learn……. Master Builders was founded!
My original business plan (to provide a weekly brick building club) was quickly put to one side as demand was far greater than I had forecast for and Master Builders Club now provides EYFS workshops for Nursery & Pre School, KS1 and KS2 Curriculum based sessions for Primary Schools, Birthday Parties, After School Club sessions, Intergenerational Play, Corporate Team Building events and Weekend and School Holiday Brick Building Workshops.
At Master Builders Club we regularly observe how LEGO ignites children’s curiosity and provides a calming play experience in a busy world that is now focussed on technology and computer games. All of our events provide children with an engaging play experience and the ability to explore big topics with little bricks.
